Today’s mortgage rates improved after weaker than expected economic news was reported this morning. We should expect consumer mortgage rates to decline by approximately .25 of a point.

Current Mortgage Rate Outlook: Float
 Mortgage interest rates have been flat today, there is no relevant economic news and the stock market has also been calm. Rates should be unchanged today.
However, we will see some very important reports this week, and as a result could experience some volatility in rates.
