Rates Flat Wednesday

Bonds continued flat in aa relatively uneventful week so far for mortgage rates.  We saw an improvement this mornings rates as a result of strength from Tuesday.  There was no relevant news released today, and the primary factors for mortgage rate volatility continue to be the stock market, corporate earnings reports and energy prices.
