Mortgage Rates Drop

Mortgage ratesﾃつ were down 50 basis points today over yesterday, withﾃつ continued economic concerns pushing bond yields higher.
The January Leading Economic Indicators report was released to day by the Conference Board, showing an expectation for decreased economic activity over the coming months.ﾃつ This is in line with expected reading, but adds to the the evidence that we’re entering or may already be in a recession.
ﾃつ There will be no economic news released tomorrow.
