Rates Unchanged Today

Bond Markets are relatively flat today, and stock markets as well are calm.  We’ll likely see no change to a minor increase in mortgage rates today,

There will be no new economic reports until Wednesday, when we’ll get the January Retail Sales Data, and on Thursday when we’ll hear the testimony of Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke to Congress.
