Rates Up From Yesterday

Mortgage rates increased this morning, or possibly yesterday afternoon after a lackluster 30yr fixed Treasury auction.ﾃつ ﾃつ There was no relevant news release today.ﾃつ Many lenders repriced yesterday afternoon, but if they did not, there rates should be about .25 to the points worse today.ﾃつ The bond is flat today.
Next week we’ll have to wait until Wednesday to get Retail Sales Data from January, theﾃつ next economic report of importance due out.
