Wednesday’s Mortgage Rates Flat

Wednesday’s mortgage rates were flat, the third day in a row, with no relevant news scheduled for release until tomorrow morning.
Thursday will bring us April’s Durable Goods report, which will assess the strength of the manufacturing sector and could affect mortgage rates both up or down depending on its reading. April New Home Sales data will also be reported tomorrow, although this will have a smaller impact on the market.
